1. Our Core Privacy Commitment

BeMoFun is built with zero-server architecture, meaning your data always belongs to you.

• Zero Server Storage: All game configurations and progress are stored only in your browser locally or transmitted via encrypted URLs.
• Zero Student Data Collection: Students can start playing by simply clicking a shared link. No registration, no tracking, no possibility of recording student identities.
• Complete Transparency: We technically cannot see what content teachers create or how students perform.
• No Third-Party Sync: Without backend servers, we cannot and do not sync any data to third parties.

2. Zero Server Storage: Data Always Stays Local

BeMoFun uses zero-backend architecture. All data (game configurations, quiz progress, student performance) is stored only in the user's browser (localStorage) or transmitted via encrypted URL fragments. This means even if we wanted to access your data, it's technically impossible.

2.1 Data Storage Examples

• • Shared links contain encrypted game configs; servers don't decrypt or store them

3. Student Data: Not Required, Not Recorded, Not Possible

Students only need to click a link shared by their teacher to start playing. The system doesn't require student registration, doesn't log student IP addresses, and doesn't record browser fingerprints. We don't even have a database to store this information.

COPPA Compliant: Fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). No collection of personal information from children under 13, no parental consent required.

4. Transparency: We Cannot See Your Data

Because all data is stored in users' browsers, the BeMoFun team technically cannot see: what questions teachers created, how many questions students answered correctly, or who got the highest score. We can't see because we have no backend servers to collect this data.

We cannot see what content teachers create or how students perform. This isn't because we don't want to, but because we technically can't.

5. Third-Party Restrictions: No Backend, No Sync

Because BeMoFun has no backend servers, we do not and cannot sync any user data to third parties. No data collection means no data sharing.

We do not sync any data to any third-party services (including ad tech companies, analytics firms, other educational platforms, etc.).

6. Cookie Usage Policy

We only use essential cookies to provide basic functionality. Cookies are small files stored in your browser that remember your preferences.

7. Data Processing and Storage

7.1 How We Store Your Data

BeMoFun uses browser localStorage to store certain information locally on your device. This means your data never leaves your browser and is never sent to our servers.

7.2 Data Retention Period

Data stored in localStorage remains on your device until you actively delete it through your browser settings. There is no automatic expiration or cleanup on our end.

7.3 How to Delete Your Data

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. You can delete it at any time.

To delete your data: open your browser settings, navigate to 'Site Settings' or 'Storage', select 'bemofun.com', and click 'Clear data' or 'Delete site data'.

8. Your Rights

• 8.1 Access Right: You can view all data stored in localStorage through your browser's developer tools.
• 8.2 Deletion Right: You can delete all stored preferences and game data at any time by clearing your browser data.
• 8.3 Correction Right: Since all data is stored in your own browser, you can modify any game configuration or preference settings at any time through the website interface.
• 8.4 Data Portability Right: All your data is stored in your own browser. If you want to backup your data, you can use your browser's export functionality or copy the localStorage contents to a text file.
• 8.5 Objection Right: Since we don't collect or process any personal data on our servers, there are no data processing activities for you to object to. If you don't want to use cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings.
